Jim Morgan

Jim is a respected authority in the telecom industry with over 30 years of experience in the development, design, procurement and integration of wireless and wireline voice/data technologies and facilities. He has specialized in large, wide-area, interoperable, trunked, wireless networks and participated in the sourcing, implementation, negotiation and management of over 100 transactions, valued at more than two billion dollars.

Jim’s skills include technical assessment, design, strategic sourcing, specification and process development, project management and contract negotiation. His experience as a successful design engineer, project and business manager has led clients to trust him as a methodical, pragmatic, out-of-the-box advisor.

Jim has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
