Jaime has worked in the public safety and commercial land mobile radio wireless communications industries for over 30 years. His experience includes engineering, project management, service management, and consulting services to both public safety and the private sector as a system engineer for an LMR provider and as a consultant. Jaime has a passion for helping clients identify solutions that meet their radio communication needs. Jaime has worked in the design, acquisition, deployment, and management of many large and small radio communications systems.
Jaime’s broad set of skills includes needs assessment/feasibility studies; technology evaluation; system design; radio propagation analysis; communications interoperability planning; 911 communications center engineering; tower site design; technical specifications preparation; contract negotiation; procurement support; vendor management; project implementation; acceptance testing; and long-term systems service management. He has focused his efforts on serving public safety organizations and providing turnkey support throughout the project lifecycle while closely adhering to project budgetary constraints.
Jaime holds a BSEE from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, Illinois. He also has a Master Certificate in Project Management from the George Washington University and many different certifications on various systems. Jaime speaks and writes fluent Spanish.
