Ramya has nearly 20 years of experience designing, implementing, and upgrading large and complex wireless communication systems in the United States and numerous international markets. Ramya is an experienced system design engineer, system manager, engineering and customer service delivery manager, serving public safety and critical infrastructure industries. She has an impeccable reputation, revered by both colleagues and customers for her engineering skills, work ethic and customer-centric nature. Ramya’s diverse experience includes system planning, design, factory staging, deployment, field testing and upgrades of communications systems of all architectures and sizes utilizing Private Land Mobile Radio (PLMR) and Private Long-Term Evolution (PLTE) technologies. She is recognized for her focus on feature requirement compliance, product lifecycle management and impact, failure mode effects analysis (FMEA), and post-deployment service support plans. She leverages this experience to provide cost-effective solutions and services with a strong focus on requirements and service-level agreements to ensure a successful long-term solution for all system and end-user needs.

Ramya has a BE in Electronics and Instrumentation from Bharathiar University, India, and a MS in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
